Our Beloved Mother Earth now invites us to call upon her in our daily lives as we pray, meditate, heal, work with energy, and in any moment we feel called or guided. A Good Grounding Exercise from Arian
-command your prana tube to extend down into the Earth Star chakra and as far as it is needful to go beyond that chakra ( you will feel a sensation around your base chakra and below your base chakra as this tube anchors)
- now invite Mother Gaia (feminine energy) to move up through your BEing and up to Great Central Sun/Father Source and anchor in and to then come back down and anchor into your High Heart (allow for 1-2 minutes for this to take place as the Energy moves and you will feel Gaia when she anchors in High Heart/Heart Center)
-command your prana tube to extend up to your Soul Star chakra and as far as it is needful to go beyond that chakra( you will feel a sensation around your crown chakra and above your crown chakra as this tube anchors)
- now invite Father Source/Great Central Sun (masculine energy) to move down through you and into Mother Gaia and anchor in and to then back up to anchor in your High Heart (allow for 1-2 minutes for this to take place as the Energy moves and you will feel Gaia when she anchors in High Heart/Heart Center)
-now invite the Holy Spirit into your High Heart and to unify these energies into your BEing
- now command that a silver cord extend from your Root chakra for Women/Sacral chakra for Men and to anchor into Mother Gaia core ( this only takes about 1 minute to take place and you will feel a anchored and grounded sensation when this fully anchors)
now that you have established the Bridge between Heaven and Earth you may breath in through this Prana tube from either Mother Gaia or Father Source or both at the same time or even alternate between them and bring this energy into the High Heart and on the out breath allow the energy to slowly move through your entire body reaching to all organs, atoms and cells, electrons and the entirety of your BEing —
